YIN Yoga

YIN YOGA. What is it?

Yin is the calming and restorative counterpart to a power Vinyasa yoga.

Main principles of yin yoga require a practitioner to get to his\her limit in a position and hold it for an extended period.

Yin yoga balances body and mind smoothly, through the challenges of deep practice.

Main benefits of Yin Yoga

- Targets the deepest tissues of the body

- ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks

- Improves joint mobility

- Improves flexibility

- Relieves tension

- Balances internal organs

- Reduces stress and anxiety

Why to practice YIN YOGA?

As we age, our bones begin to degenerate, we lose mobility in our joints, and our fascia tightens. But a consistent Yin Yoga practice helps to regain mobility, reduce pains and slows down ageing. This is because it applies gentle, healthy stress to our joints and gentle stretch to our connective tissues.

Thao Dien Yoga is dedicated to help individuals achieve their highest level of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing through thoughtfully crafted fitness regime. We specialize in Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Vinayasa Yoga to name a few.

Besides Yoga, we also offer sessions of Zumba dance, free Meditation classes and Heena designing.

Our instructors from around the world showcase their expertise by creating programs keeping in mind the individual fitness levels and goals.
